Coal Mountain WMU's objective is to
promote Christian missions through the church and to spread the
gospel of Jesus Christ at home and around the world.
Working in conjunction with Coal
Mountain Brotherhood, we handle many projects in the church and
community such as preparing and delivering baskets to shut-in
members of the church at Thanksgiving, purchasing the meats for
all of the bereavement meals at the church and coordinating and
aiding in the funding of Coal Mountain Baptist Church's
contribution to Hands Across Forsyth, the Lottie Moon Christmas
Offering to support international missionaries and the Annie
Armstrong Easter Offering to support North American
missionaries.
We invite all Christian women with a
desire to spread the love of Jesus Christ to others through
service and love to join us the second Monday of each month
September through May. We meet at 7:00 p.m. in the Sunday
School room in the Family Life Center.
